Fix IQM tess buffer overflow
Set the variables that use tess.numVertexes after calling RB_CHECKOVERFLOW() as it may set tess.numVertexes to 0!
Could cause visual issues and error "RB_EndSurface() - SHADER_MAX_VERTEXES hit".
